Well done Morris, not an easy image to get. Hope you are enjoying the amazing sights of Bosque. Bruce
Thank you Bruce,
I've had a marvelous time in Bosque and taken many wonderful photos. Just spent a day and a half in White Sands which was also wonderful. One photo up on the Landscape Forum and more to come after I get home as I want to process them on my better monitor

I've looked at this photo several times. I like the shot
You might consider playing with this. Lots of great possibilities.
Play with the vibrance/levels of the moon and/or the twilight sky. Consider lighten the SHC a tad (exposure, brightness or white levels).

Thank you Karl,
It was very kind of the sandhills to fly there.

Excellent capture.
Thank you Ted,
I agree with you and I think there are many ways to process this providing different looks and moods. In the original capture the sandhills are nearly black as I exposed for the moon. That is an attractive image as well. I tried again in the morning as there was an hour of sun before the moon set yet no flights in front of the moon. That is the way it goes. I'll play with this image more in a week or so.
