I’m looking for a small (less than 24 inch) portable display monitor, preferably one that is powered by USB cable, as some do. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
I used to use SmallHD. But recently with remote shooting apps I just use my iPhone or iPad instead. B&HPhoto usually gives good advise. Give them a buzz.

Same here.
I switched to my phone, from a SmallHD DP6 HD monitor, about six~seven years ago. Having a phone separate from the camera display lets you use both at the same time (assuming the screen is attached to the camera or a tripod); otherwise, the phone does a fine job for tilt-shift and macro (with a decent phone mount).
