What do I do about a bad experience here? Not exactly a scammer but I need to vent. Do I just leave negative feedback, do I open a thread about him? Do I report this to anybody? Do I leave response to his sales listings. I feel really bad that I spent 150 bucks and I got nothing. far from the worst experience ever but still.

Before you make public accusations that might have negative ramifications, I would suggest that you contact Fred Miranda. He is the owner/moderator of the forum. In the upper right hand corner you should see "Moderated by Fred Miranda". Click on his name, send him a message and explain what happened.

I don’t expect Fred Miranda to fix the problem and I would hate to waste his time. The problem didn’t get fixed by PayPal buyer’s protection and I feel like people should know how they are not covered by Paypal good and services and how this is not in any way safe. If this was to happen to my prior purchase here that was $1850 I would have lost my mind.

If the story includes the failure of PP to make good on its protection I would post here about it. People need to know PP G&S isn't as good as we hope.

Not only PP G&S failed to protect me, the member that I bought the item from still hasn’t responded for over 2 months. Yet he responded in minutes to PayPal claim.

Instead of vague venting, why don't you describe the exact problem, since you are asking others what to do

PayPal Protection reimbursed me for $5,000 when a buyer with stolen credit card and stolen FM identity scammed me.

Post your "claim" here. If Fred finds it in the "wrong forum" he will move it.

I am sure he will "advise" you on any issues.
