a 180 mm f2.8 for M -evf. maybe something like the old nikon 180 mm 2.8 ED but much smaller and less than a noct in weight- maybe not Leica so it isnt 20k$
Now that I've got the design finalized for my tech camera, all I really want is for my my machinist cousin to have an opening before the second week in March next year to work on it (assuming his schedule doesn't change for the worse). Short of killing off everyone ahead of me on his list, which probably isn't in the spirit of the holidays, I'll have to wait.
Otherwise, the only thing on my wish list that has the potential chance to see production (or slightly greater than no chance on a long enough timeline) is a monochrome edition of the Hasselblad 907x 100c.
My wish list generally doesn't include gear. I agree with those hoping for the disappearance from the scene of some current world leaders and hope for fanatics to come to their senses or be sidelined by saner people. And that includes fanatics of any stripe.
Obviously world peace would be at the forefront of my list but sadly that is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
As far as a camera equipment wish list, well, the main players in my history don't currently offer a single option that would see me opening my wallet. Leica came closest with the EV1 M, but the lack of image stabilisation and a high end EVF rule it out, Hasselblad don't offer anything that is anywhere discrete enough for my needs and the Nikon Z7 ll is not enough of an upgrade to tempt me.
So I'm in the enviable position of having everything I need.
