The camera is in excellent used condition. The shutter works well at all speeds. The Photomic FTn’s light meter works and responds to light as it should, but has not been checked for accuracy as I use an external meter for my film work. The camera back is nicely fitted without play when you grip the camera.
The finish, as seen in the photos, is extremely good, one of the best examples of an “F” that I have seen. Serial number 7426XXX shows that it was one of the latest bodies manufactured in Japan in 1973 (after Nikon had released the F2 in 1971).
The Nikon AS-1 Flash Coupler Hot Shoe Adapter is also all in mint condition.
