I agree Douglas! Though 1 judge was very creative in his sentencing of a "graffiti vandal" here. He had the vandal paint murals on 2 of the city's buildings as punishment.
The "kid" went on to paint many in the city of Baltimore and made some money!
Who sez "crime doesn't pay"?
