I attended the 2025 SEMA show this week and decided to take my new Ricoh GRIV camera on its maiden photo outing. The show is busy and large, I walked about 6 miles per day taking in all of the auto industry goodness. The Ricoh was an amazing and very capable photo companion for its size, weight, and performance.
I thought I would share a few photos from the trip with FM community. If you are into autos this would be heaven for you!

Dude, that gallery is sick....The colors popping out of that camera are unreal. Great job!!

Thx Joel!
I am REALLY impressed with that little thing! The Positive Film profile is very rich and contrasty. It was perfect for this type of subject and environment.
Just beautiful Chad! I love car shows and the older the cars the better I like.
Your last composition would fit right along with your "WA" entry!
Well done!

I used one of the photos from this trip on the weekly challenge! "Blue & chrome"
Beautiful work Chad, love em all.
Was just in Vegas last month and doing some pixs at the track and some jets at Nellis.
F1 is quite the ordeal coming up. I did get to shoot a couple F1 cars after they moved the ropes for me.
Wish I could have made it to this show.
.
What's the long blue car, a Zepher or something ?
.
Hot Dam, the 2023 Brabus 900 Rocket R Porsche, 0-60 in under 2.5 seconds with 900hp...WOW
Would love to win that.
.
And a cardboard truck to boot...

Thank you Bill!
Describing F1 as an ordeal is spot on. It really creates havoc on and near the strip for months. Many of us locals don't care for it.
I am not sure what all of the vehicles are or started as. There is so much custom work done and I am far from an expert on older vehicles.
The Brabus on the other hand was pure drool for me! It was so crowded and so many people standing around it I couldn't get a clean wide shot of it. I was on a tight time schedule and couldn't stand there for more than 5-7 minutes for the crowd to clear... It didn't. Happy I got to grab a couple pics and see it in person!

Yeah I sort of figured that out Chad.
I had a 1965 Pontiac StarChief in blue ready to post but I didn't want to have "similar" classic cars vying for members attention.
There is much "blue" to go around!
Again GREAT entry and I like the "cockpit" in the other post mucho!!
The 1957 Chevy instantly reminded me of the song by "WAR"- Low Rider.."All my friends know the low rider (yeah)
The low rider is a little higher (yeah)
The low rider drives a little slower
Low rider is a real goer....."

Great song!
There are already some amazing “blue” entries. It will be a great week for all.
