We had plenty of time to kill while we watched the bobcat sleeping at Point Reyes last weekend. At one point this coyote crossed the road nearby, ran along the ridge behind us and then stopped and picked up a snack.

I love Coyotes! I hear them in the prairie near my house from time to time. I've seen them up close and personal several times including a pack of 6 at the Mayo Clinic Nature Trail in Scottsdale.
