Day number 3 and 4 pages in... wow. The internet (even on a site like FM) can be very anonymizing. This thread really says something impressive about the impact Guy has on the community here.

Let me join the community in wishing Guy a speedy and complete recovery... I am relatively new to the forum and have learned much from all the senior members posting here, but especially looked for Guy's postings as they were always insightful, meaningful and interesting.

So sorry to hear this news about Guy. I hope and pray he makes a speedy and successful recovery. It would be great to see another one of his famous Big Bronco wall lens testing posts again soon!
Guy - I don't know you and you don't know me. But I've read many of your posts and they are always honest and enjoyable. Hopefully you are (or will be soon) well enough to read through this thread and take some comfort from the positive vibes. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Thanks very much for bringing Guy's health issues to our attention. Everyone is pulling for him! He has always been such a positive force here.
From his many contributions, Guy always seems to have a can-do attitude and comes across as a man who gets things done. Hopefully that will factor in as he continues to recover.
