I dont know about HC-110, but Ive read that Rodinal is not a good choice for tonality and you can expect shadows to be blocked. You can get data sheets for Monopan 50 and Adox HR-50. You might want to follow their advice on best developers.
I can confirm conventional development causes the contrast to skyrocket and basically look overexposed. This mix of shots from Elephant Nature Park are shot with Adox Scala 50 and Leica Monopan 50, both developed in Ilfotec HC. I dare anyone to guess which is which
These are unedited scans - right from the negative into the Noritsu at default settings.

Yes I know but I would have really liked to have at least one of the nice Leica boxes the film came with.
The retro boxes are cool, I got 3 rolls and didn't keep any of the boxes
The film is also quite good too (meaning Adox 50). Very fine grain and high resolution. It really surprised me, and I ended up buying like a dozen more rolls. May even get their reversal kit to make some B&W slides!

Would have loved to use at least one roll and develop myself!
But I don't commit to price gauging what is now happening with this film. I am done with waiting for it, moving on. Just canceled my preorder.

Based upon Leicas history with Monopan 50, they should be able to announce a color product. Im suggesting M-Kodachrome. No need to actually bring these products to market. Just sell the boxes.
