I hear confession is good for the soul. Since I have been hospitalized in 2017 - I have Cayenne on my toast every morning. Sometimes with jam, or butter, cream cheese, or avocado. It really works with anything - even peanut butter. I don't feel alive until my sinus pop open from the cayenne, and some good black coffee. Ah, that's the ticket. My wife Barbara brought this little Huon pine plate and the remains of last years crop. A lovely present to an addict like me, and she had no idea about the WA.
