I usually work pretty close to my subject. In the second image the only crop is from a 3:2 to 5:4 ratio. In the first image I was working at the same distance, so obviously cropped in a little more. The other images, except the final image, were only cropped for aspect ratio. The final image was cropped from horizontal orientation to vertical.
I am usually not a fan of closeup facial Derek but this is exceptional! Both in the model and your compositions. Her minimal cosmetics really allow her beauty to be shown! When I moved from the b&w to the color I said WOW..She is beautiful!!!
You present her extremely well and you did her proud!
