Yes, I think the Cowbird must have dropped some eggs off in the Common Yellowthroat's nest.
Interesting moment for me last week. I had a Common yellowthroat show up in my garden area for a second, long enough to confirm. I thought they were all gone north. I let a birder friend know, and he told me there were reports of them nesting in an area just a few miles north of my location. Using the Merlin app, I heard them all during spring migration and even photographed a couple of females. This was my first male sighting.
Suffice it to say the A7RM6 worked really well given the challenging conditions and I would have no hesitation grabbing it again despite having the A1ii and A9iii at hand. If I was really filling the frame I might lean towards the A1ii/a9iii out of concern over rolling shutter distortion.

Thank you very much, it has been an exceptionally good year for bee-eaters, there are lots of large insects and butterflies for them to prey on. I have probably a week left before the offspring leave the nests and then they are gone.
