@TGPhotography - Tyler, I know a lot of folks decided to use the GM 300mm plus TC because of the lighter weight and more compact size to justify the focal length. To be honest, I started to move towards that, too. But your captures show the merit of the GM 600mm in gobs! Absolutely gorgeous images!
The age is creeping up but I am not ready to sell mine although I am using that lens less and less lately.

Reprocessed with DxO PhotoLab 9.6 XD3 and use of AI masks on the entire sequence which slows down individual processing but is still much faster than manually setting the mask on each image.
There is a subtle improvement that is noticeable on some images.

Great set! Very serene!
Thanks! I know some people don't like to head out on overcast days, but they lead to some great shots like this. The overcast shots are all from a couple hours on the same morning.

Thanks for the kind words! The 600GM feels like cheating the IQ is so good and I can't take much credit. I am jealous of the 300GM weight and size, but that extra stop of light in overcast conditions means a lot to me plus the ability to get to 840mm or even 1200mm. I shoot at some locations where 600mm can be too much lens and just have to suffer with that sometimes . Can't have everything.
I would rather get an A1 II at this point than a 300GM. I am younger than most that shoot birds and can still easily handle the 600GM with no monopod or tripod support.
another great set, Tyler! I am one of those who sold the 600 GM. Nothing beats f4 at 600mm. When I had mine, the 1.4TC was on the 600 95% of the time. I wish Sony would make a 800 f6.3 like the Nikon 800 PF. Right now I have the 400-800 to get me to 800mm but at f8,
A few from yesterday afternoon with the lowly 300 GM. The osprey shots were heavily cropped. The GBH shots are almost frame fillers.

The temperature was +10ºC, but we were bundled up in all of our winter clothes due to the cold, relentless wind, but I managed to get a few good shots during brief lulls.
