Sad news from the park where I take my deer photos.
Two of the big boys, a 12 pointer we called Cisco, and a 11 pointer we called Teardrop, have died.
At some point, these two were in a fight, and their antlers got stuck together.
We're guessing that Teardrop died first because the coyotes had eaten more than half of him.

This isn't a great photo, but it's the last photo I have of teardrop alive.
We have been photographing this buck for the last 7 years. We think he was 9 years old.
