I went on an hour tour of Metropolitan Museum's "highlights" with an insightful and knowledgeable docent. It was a wonderful lecture on art appreciation covering centuries, from religious statues of the 1200's to a 1788 painting by Jacques-Louis David of the french chemist, Antoine Lavoisier and his wife. At the end of the tour, she gave me permission to take her portrait. When I emailed her the portrait, she chuckled about how all of those facial wrinkles on her face came to be. So I gave her another B&W version to consider.
Lovely smile Steve! Glad you provided her with a "remberance photo". Docents are a very skilled yet rarely recognized as a part of any museum experience!
YGMV!
