I finally made a visit to the Orlando Wetlands yesterday morning. I will definitely be going back! If you like Roseate Spoonbills, this is THE time to go. They are breeding and nesting close to the boardwalk. Yes, I photographed other species, but the spoonbills stole the show for me. These are mostly shot with the R5mkII and the 600mm f4 mkII (and the 1.4X TC mkII on some shots). The A7R5 was used on one shot with the 200-600mm lens. If you get a chance and are nearby Orlando, I highly recommend a visit to the Orlando Wetlands!

Fantastic, huge fan of number 6. I might have to rethink visiting Florida!
It’s one of the best parts of visiting here. Next week I’ll be at Wakodahatchee Wetlands for more birding fun (but very few spoonbills down there - getting my fill here!).
