Finally got an owl in flight for the first time after sitting and waiting for 3 hours for a 3 seconds chance. At least the owl was kind enough to take off twice
great shots, especially the flight pictures. looks like an amazing bird. thank you for having the patience to wait for 3 hrs so we can enjoy your pictures.

The first pass, I was too greedy and was shooting 400mm with internal TC engaged and I was having difficulty
keeping the owl in the frame.
So second pass I was shooting at 400mm without TC and got many more shots finally.
