Local library seed catalog of flowers, veggies and native plants. Area residents harvest, package and donate seed to the library and some retail stores donate their leftover garden seed. National Seed Swap Day is the last Saturday in January. Locally, this is the second year. Deploying library card catalogs for seed swapping is using an old technology for an even older purpose.
