There is a used A1ii available on B&H (which is currently on Passover holiday). Similar situation to a couple weeks ago where there was a used A1ii over the weekend (Sabbath) that was instantly snapped up after checkout opened again.
Thanks for the heads-up! I placed the order and my AMEX was charged. Keep my finger cross. I swore I would not pay MSRP for another new Sony camera because of their lack of FW updates in the first 3 years of the A1, but here I am. .`

This one is gone too! Not sure how it's gone, considering B&H is closed til 8/21.

Had about 20-30 emails alerts setup from various retailers. Already got my A1II few months ago but left the alerts active. I would get 1-2 emails every couple weeks of stock availability.
For anyone else looking to get one try calling in to small shops. They don't always update online inventory or even list them. People cancel pre-order all the time or place multiple orders. That is how I got mine early without pre-order/waitlist.
I've held off my GAS by assuming this thing is out of stock everywhere, but I did find a retailer that gave a 2 month timeline if I pre order now. Alas, I have no reason for such a powerful camera as an upgrade from my a7rv for what I do.. but the temptation is real, hearing that it is *only* a couple months wait..

I had a three week timeline. I'm now at 5 month. I do feel forgotten.
Ordered mine last Thursday night from Camera West in California, received the camera today. All set up to go, except the firmware update. It's still at FW 1.01
