Looked out the front window and spotted this hawk in a tree across the street. Grabbed my A7rV + 200-600mm to get a shot. When I saw the moon above the tree I took a few of it with the intention of a composite.
Wonderful shot Jim! I think the fact that you took the moon shot around the same moment a short distance above the tree helps the composite by making the white balance and lighting and sense of scale more seamless, if that makes any sense. Nice work, I'd have never known if you didn't tell us.
