Unfortunately Dan, anything made with phyllo dough last an exceedingly short period of time in this house. In the time I could assemble shipping materials - poof it is gone.
Good looking pan of one of my favourite dishes! We had a “party log” of it for our Boxing Day guests and it was very well received. Thought ww were the only ones who had the idea to scale up the dish rather than making bite sized portions!

This looks beautiful James! I love the texture of the Spanakopita, but I also feel the well worn baking pans add so much to this image. If only our technology was advanced enough to convey smell!
