Beautiful bird. I know this is a camera forum, but I have to ask about the bird. Is that a photo of a pet turkey, or was it shot in the wild? I noticed the grass appears to have been cut. I have some pet guinea fowl in my yard, and I could get similar shots of them. I'm just curious how you captured the image of the turkey. Amazing images!

Thanks. Yes those are wild Turkeys. They are very acclimated to humans up in Cades Cove where those images were taken.
Not knocking your pictures OP
But aren’t they just too sharp? They actually remind me of modern cell phone snaps, they seem too “oversampled” to be real if that makes sense?
But fantastic detail, colour and clarity

I have noticed that postings on FM have become increasingly sharp! Now I don't know if Fred as done something to increase sharpening and since the OP didnt mention any other "sharpening" techniques outside of Ps, Lr..whatever...his editing is wonderful!
