Dana Gleason is the founder, who created and owned Dana Design that he sold to K2. His harness designed are consider among the best ever. I have a MR 3-Day pack (going on 10 years old) which is Berry compliant and are absolutely bomb proof. I can't speak to the more consumer grade packs which are fairly new.

I love Mystery Ranch stuff but they were sold to Yeti earlier this year and I worry what that will mean for their designs in the longer term. A good reason to snap up some of their older designs now before they're potentially dumbed down.
I'll note that if you can catch these on refurb, the prices are similar year round. I'd 100% advocate for spending the extra for the height adjustment, but that's just my opinion.
