interesting. possibly fits some of my usage options. . a wee bit heavy/bulky though. portability is limited too in some vehicular limited situations.

Right, I've never tried to "off road" mine.
It's great for getting everything from my car to the shoot location inside of a building though!

Multifunction is key to the situations one uses in. I see uses for either option.

I use the Samsonite folding cart that when folding takes very liitle space in an overhead compartment in an aircraft and place my backpack bag on top. I use a bungee cord to keep the bag in place on the cart.

I bought mine at an Office Depot store but they sell online for $35 to $40. They do not look particularly sturdy but I have been using mine on multiple trips over the past 10 years.

as long as you are on a pretty a refined surface to move about on it will do just fine with a reasonable light load. in any more challenging situations, you are looking at just that, a challenge or worse.

there are many street worthy carts out there. much less than the more challenging environment types. i have a real nice street cart in the basement too, a Remin Kart a bag. its about 30 ys old now. i like my "beach rolly" better for maximum versatility, balance and load bearing.

If you're not using studio lighting or muslin bg or something I'd probably just pare down my gear. I've also used an inexpensive bookbag or backpack to carry gear mine is vaunted old navy brand lol.

Curious what suggestions others may have for something with wheels. The backpack gets a bit heavy and the ziipper open / close is a bit repetitive. At a church and a few venues I use a folding wagon about 18 in. wide x 38 in. long. I like that a lot when there's big space. An alternative to this wagon is what I'm looking for.

I have a "carry-on" size camera gear case with collapsible handle. The one I have has oddly shaped compartments due to the handle sleeve fit. Wish they had kept the bottoms flat inside.

What's available that rolls?

OP
All is lost. Just get a small car not much bigger than a pregnant roller skate and you will be fine.
