I get a sense most people are interested in BIF/Moving subjects but this camera is really fun and stupid easy to use-

Beautiful sharp, crisp lines, wonderful tones "Double R!"
I am not that very interested in AF for action or motion.

I noticed a weird effect as well when doing the eye controlled AF testing. There was almost a very minor haze with it? I thought maybe my contact lens was a bit dirty. In practice I haven’t noticed it when actually shooting.

I noticed that stanj and jwilsonphoto both mentioned a blurry view finder...is this a problem with all the R5 mark2 cameras?

I have not noticed that on mine.

The EF70-200 2.8 is my most used lens...I have only 2 zooms that are suitable for me. I see the RF version is no slouch either!
You would love the RF 70-200 f/2.8 unless you often use extenders with your EF version. It's lightweight, compact, and sharp. It's been one of my workhorses now for several years, both for still and video.
