Hi everyone,

We're excited to share a sneak peek at something exciting in the works – an all-new Pixii camera!

We're sending this earlier than usual to get you in the loop. Full details will be available on our website next Wednesday.

We also want to share more about the launch timeline. This new model marks a significant milestone for Pixii and we anticipate a very high demand for it.

We will start taking orders next week with our initial part allocation. We will also have a waitlist for more orders as we secure further fabrication volume with our providers.

Be sure to follow our next announcements to be among the first to get the new model. We can't wait to share more!

If it is a FF camera, then people will ask why they didn't do that from the beginning. And the ones who bought the OGs will not be happy.

No one held a gun to their head and made them buy the suspect OG cameras. If you're spending that kind of money on a camera like a Pixii, you've got plenty to spare.

The real question will be, if it's full frame, whether the existing cameras are hardware upgradable — since that's something Pixii does that no one else does.

I was just joking, but that would be an awfully neat thing. Getting modular at that point a bit.

The existing Pixiis are meant to be really good as monochrome so I doubt the new one will be 100% that.

It's supposedly still an M-mount camera. So that leaves the most likely "exciting" upgrades as higher megapixels or full frame sensor. Or it's none of that and just has a higher burst rate or faster WiFi or something less compelling. We'll find out soon!
