A few shots from my short 5 day trip to South Australia. We got really lucky with the great white sightings as one hasn't been seen around the Neptunes in 93 day prior to my trip! I was absolutely ready to be skunked! Thankfully after a few hours one slowly made its way around the boat. I was in the first cage that went down to the ocean floor. About 5 minutes in a huge female came in for a closer look and we were all in shock! In 3 days of diving we saw 5 different individuals!
Good stuff, thanks for posting. I like the seal images a lot. The first GWS image shows half the bottom teeth are broken, along with some trauma around the mouth. I wonder what it tangled with to cause this.

She could have been mating out in the open ocean. We found her a bit bruised up, the crew named her Rudolph!
