There multiple travel companies that have guaranteed slots. David Hemmings and Daisy Gilardini are two. Everyone stays at Watchee Lodge.

These were photographed outside of Churchill whilst staying at Watchee lodge. There are a number of outfits that offer trips including David Hemmings, Arctic Kingdom and Daisy Gilardini. I was someone's plus 1 so I didn't arrange the booking and we went directly through the lodge. It's a bit more difficult to do it that way but not impossible.
