Same image again. This time jpg directly from camera. Opened and resized to fit here. I believe this was taken as a standard jpg no in camera film simulation. Interesting to see the differences. When doing post I strive to keep the image as "true" to what was seen making only subtle changes to make it look as close to "reality" as possible (at least as I remember).

If you’re not going to adjust a raw, there’s no reason shooting in raw. Especially with the GFX. Why? Because there’s so much DR you need to compress it, add black and white, to get the image to approach normal looking contrast, and differentially so in separate parts of the image. In fact that’s the beauty of raw…
Otherwise you are far better off picking a jpeg style and posting that — it won’t be the best the camera has to offer, but any of them likely better than a flat, un-adjusted raw conversion…

There is a spot out here we are trying to save known as the Cutoff...a slice of the Trinity Valley whose access for hunting and fishing has been blocked by a ranch owner that butts up to it. Beautiful country getting dragged through the courts...forbidden for now...

Exciting! My first post after several years haven't login here. I just switching my Canon system to Fujifilm GFX system due to I narrow down my hobby to mainly landscape / cityscape, so the GFX system is the best choice for me.
I bought the GFX100sII couple weeks ago but no luck the weather is too bad in the weekend so I could only find a chance shooting the sunset through the window (the glass is dirty) at home after work in the week days

Great set of images, Peire. I love the store pictures and the objects, especially the frame shop and the window of mannequins.
Thank you chiron. After photographing magnificent baroque interiors in the old buildings of our university nearby,I was coming back to my car, parked further in the old market.Decided to walk through the medieval butchers street where former stalls were converted into small art galleries and shops. It took about 3 minutes to take these photos, while passing by with 100s+GF 20-35/4 on the neck strap.
