I am not a bug shooter, but wanted to test the closeup abilities of the Canon 100-400 II adapted to the 100sII
I am extremely impressed with the IQ the lens produces even wide open.

my favorite wide angle lens on the GFX is the EF 17mm tse.
I went through a couple of copies before finding one that is sharp edge to edge, so yes there is sample variation.
Was bored so I was messing around with it in the house..

Some fall photos then some Purple Loosestrife. A mix of lenses including the GF 500mm, EF 200mm f/2L IS, Sigma 105mm f/1.4, and GF 250mm, then some shots here and there with the EF 200mm f/2.8L and Tamron 35mm 1.8:

Due to an injury back in late August (torn quadriceps tendon in my left leg), my mobility has been very limited for about 2 months, but I was able to get out on the 18th of this month and get a picture of the Tsuchinshan-Atlas comet over our local reservoir. Its next visit is in about 80,000 years!
