Varanasi is the spiritual heartland of India. There is also something really special about the Ganges River at dawn. When I last visited Varanasi, we ferried a couple of sadhus across the river, which provided a great photo-op. The river gulls seemed to be attracted to our boat. Together with the sadhus, the early morning light, and Varanasi in the background, it all created a beautifully ethereal atmosphere.

The path to afterlife..the mysteries of faith and the symbols of it....

Hi. I used the Sony FE 24–70 mm F2.8 GM, mostly around 45-50mm.
