Nice collection of Winter birds John though we have not had snow to accompany them they still are beautiful little creatures of color and pattern.
Wow that opening shot is a real looker, looks like a studio shot, nice depth, comp and color and sharpness tip to tip
#2 Lovely color and details
#3 This one got a little weird on sharpening or it was just a little soft at the eye
#4 Ahhh the neighborhood terror with a little blood on the talon! Such a stunning raptor.
#5 Really like this post, nice natural setting, nice comp color and detailing
#6 Haha, you got a tail twitch and a sharp eye on the look back, nice grab
#7 Intense!
#8 Doing what Nuthatches do, like the pose and feel of the shot
#9 You are going to make Ted jealous with your wonderful Cardinal images
#10 Nice pastel and soft colors
Can't wait to see what you bring to the table next

I keep circling back to these shots. All are excellent. Each is sharp, perfectly exposed and well presented. I pick 'em all as my favorite!!
Well done, John.

This is such a lovely collection of winter bird species... all so very familiar to this Minnesota guy.
Fantastic isolation of the subject throughout.

I love the tufted titmouse. They are such a beautiful bird!
Thanks very much. The titmouse was my favorite from this group. Yes they are beautiful and probably don't get enough recognition. Glad you enjoyed them.
