Laowa has had trouble keeping up with demand, so there's probably none in stock in the usual places like BHPhoto. Their website says that if you order from them directly today, it won't ship til December. https://www.venuslens.net/product/laowa-10mm-f-2-8-ff-zero-d/
This 10mm is for full frame, not RF-S.
Besides, there are two Laowa 9mm lenses. The F/2.8 is for APS-C but the F/5.6 one is FF. They're both manual focus only where the 10mm is AF (though not in Canon RF mount, only in Sony and Nikon).
Over the past week, the Laowa 10mm f/2.8 Zero-D FF seems to have become available in Australia for the first time. (ie, with no several month wait)
On Laowa AU site it is now listed as In Stock.
One of our major retailers now have them in stock.
