Absolutely stunning set of images, what a trip that must have been. Thanks for sharing these images with us all, images many of us would not have seen on our own.

Shooting alongside you and Don made my trip even more special
Thanks a lot everyone for your comments. Since a couple of people have asked me about our tour guide, FYI, we went with Johnny Hayward. Thanks to Henrik who first introduced Johnny to me.
The two main benefits of his tour were:
1) small group of only 6 people, with only 3 photographers in each 4x4 SUV. This is far better and far more efficient and practical than most other tours which cramp people into minivans.
2) The hospitality of the folks at BlueSky B&B was exceptional. Having all meals included was a huge plus.
Six, seven, and twelve really caught my eye, Kambiz. The first black and whites for some reason, brought the term "whiteout" to mind. Great set.

Number 1 is stunning, just stunning. Simple. I actually like it even better without the paw on the bottom.
Thanks for sharing such glorious images.
