Just got 50/2 last night. I have nothing to compare it to, but first results look nice. Focusing with Z8 is super easy, with peaking, and confirmation indicator. Model shoot is coming this weekend; a few close-ups around house for now.
The Eldorado immediately triggers flashbacks.
I can already see myself at the wheel, in a classy chinchilla coat of course, ok that was "Franc Lucas in American Gangster".
A kingdom for a time machine, even if I'm a child of the mid 60s, I'd take the 70s with me again, this time as an adult.
Nah, that car looks like a blast to cruise around in. Would be so fun to own.

Newyork's shots are demonstrating the seemingly unique color rendering of the CV Apo35/2 (the one CV Apo I currently have). I don't see color like that from Nikon Z lenses that I have (14-24, 24-70/2.8, 28/2.8 Plastique.) Or the bunch of Zeiss ZF/ZF.2/Milvus in my possession. Might have to get the 15mm while I wait to see if CV will offer any 28/25/21/18 mm choices.
