Bull Moose in Wildflower Meadow - I've been trying to capture a bull moose all summer and a few days ago my luck changed. I came across this large bull moose foraging in the willows and pink Fireweed flowers just before sunrise, right off the side of a dirt road. I was able to get some tight framing with the Sony A7RV and 100-400 GM lens from a relatively close distance and get a few nice shots before he moved up the hillside. Could not decide which one to submit for this week's challenge but I think this one is my favorite.
Thank you Dan, I appreciate it! Wildlife photography is so difficult and something I'm not particularly good at so it was exciting to be set up for a successful shot in this situation! I guess it was a case of "Luck is where preparation meets opportunity".

You are most welcome! It is a fine composition and unique(seeing a moose eyeing you).
And you are dead on!
Good Luck!
