These are all within the park, I'm not sure how much if any dunes are accessible any other way without straying onto military property. The park, as of now at least, is open 7am-9pm. The sun was rising around 5:45am while we were there, and it was turning into blue hour by 9pm.

Thanks Chad...I always get recharged by the desert, it has such a unique energy once you get out into it.
