Went to the concessions where I usually find snowy owls. Didn't see any but came across this healthy pair when I glanced through a stand of trees. Heavy crop.

This morning's eclipse with a Z8 and a telescope as the lens
Many, most, of the photos I see need a little restraint on the photoshop sliders for the orange/red....... the eclipse is very beautiful with lots of gradation of tone, including a little but glowing violet. I try to match my "subjective" eye view. A Cobalt Ektar 100 preset also used.
