A new one for me, a nature reserve I previously didn't know about that is only 15minutes from home. It also has a great variety of birds and one that is quite uncommon locally, the Rose Robin.

6) Grey Fantail - for some reason, this little guy had no fantail. His fantail feathers were completely missing! It didn't stop him flitting about like any other Fantail, but I hope it doesn't ruin his chances of finding a mate. Maybe he had a lucky escape from a predatory bird that managed to take his tail feathers.
