MFD fun in the garden...while the subject size between the 100-400 and 24-120 is pretty comparable the 100-400 just obliterates that bokeh That said, the 24-120 is clearly sharper and with all that cropability, can sometimes be the better choice for subjects like this. I also tend to find the 24-120 has better colors for vivid scenes.
Amazing shot @bs kite I like how low you get for these shots. I am sure it's not easy or comfortable but that takes your shots a level or two higher. Kudos.

Just now learning to roll up the left shirt sleeve. Otherwise the elbow area fills and when the camera comes back over the gunwale roughly a half-cup of cold water pours over my upper arm and underarm.
