Had a quick trip to the Sand Dunes last weekend, this is one of those places I never get bored in April or May. On this trip while we were hiking up in the Dunes I noticed something strange, an animal skeleton, looks like a Deer?

I really like #2, but wish you had done a focus stack to get the closest sand sharp.

Thanks Jim, I wanted to do focus stacking, but in sand no way, these are all hand held, very hard to keep the tripod without moving.

Very nice! Love that place and visit it often. BTW, I'm pretty sure that it is a mule deer skeleton.

Wonderful images! I especially like the first image. The contrast from hot dry dunes to cold mountain snow is excellent! The framing and exposure are both excellent!
