They are over a month late arriving on Long Island and I'm hoping they will make it down here so I can stand for hours in the cold behind my tripod waiting for it to open it's eyes or fly :-}
Nice soft light and you can feel the chill in the air on these John. I like what the warm coloring of the brush adds to the image. Nice launch series, eyes look great, very pleasing presentation and let's hope are Snowy's arrive soon! My picks are #2,3 and #4 of the bunch

Funny you said that, I drove to Nickerson for sunrise ,spent hours on dune rode, last year there were 5 out there. Not even a hint. Hope they come this year. Beautiful shots .
