Beautiful and incredibly accurate star tracker comes complete with the following:
!! TRIPOD AND BALL HEAD SHOWN IN PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED !!
TT-320X AG Tracker
Optional Wedge (With Arca Swiss plate) Nearly impossible to accurately polar allign without this.
Optional Rotating Head, Extension Bar and two Counterweights (For heavy loads)
Rotating head has RRS clamp installed
Illuminated Polar Scope
Also includes mount adapter for PoleMaster polar alignment camera (Do yourself a favor and get a PoleMaster. It makes super accurate alignment quick and easy)
AA Battery holder and 12v automobile adapter
Cables for AutoGuiding if you want to go that route. I never did. (See accuracy comment below)
USB drive with manual
Hard Case
Everything works perfectly (I can't vouch for the Auto-Guiding, since I never used it. I can't imagine anyone would.)
!! TRIPOD AND BALL HEAD SHOWN IN PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED !!
(I recommend mounting it to a leveling base, not a ball head, or directly to the tripod for the best accuracy.)
I didn't realize how incredibly accurate this tracker was until I got an iOptron CEM60.
I was able to get 3-4 minute exposures with a Nikon 300mm f/4 lens and 1.4x Teleconverter. Since I used this when I started into astrophotography, I didn't know if this was good or not. Later, I decided to get an 8" EdgeHD telescope, which was too large for the AstroTrac. That led to the CEM60, since I got the excellent advice of "buy the best mount you can afford and worry about the scope later". While the CEM60 is an excellent mount, it is not as accurate as the AstroTrac. Not even close. Of course it has twice the payload capacity, but also weighs a ton. I found I could get twice the exposure time with the AstroTrac as the unguided CEM60 using the 420mm Nikon setup. Unbelievably accurate!
If you are looking for a highly portable, extremely accurate star tracker, with a great load capacity, look no further.
I will cover PayPal fees but shipping is on the buyer. The case and contents weigh 25 pounds (Still lighter than just the CEM60 head, not including the counterweights)
Pickup available near Pittsburgh/Youngstown.
If you care about the aesthetics of your equipment, these units are absolutely gorgeous.
If it's just a tool to you, then it's still incredibly accurate
