I love nature photography that is the result of a dedicated effort to capture something the photographer loves and do it without impact on the subject. In this case you were interested in the wolf, and the wolf was interested in you.

Terrific set! I really like the last one, where the wolf is checking you out. That must have been quite the experience. (I had a similar experience with a wild dog in Africa, both of us pretty skittish!)

All excellent but the portrait, #5, is exceptional for me. Looks like an extraordinary adventure. It's been over 5 years and I still think of my wolf experience every day.
