Thanks Dan, RE Book Stores: Yeah we're lucky here, we have a number of them, well stocked and independent! (I should do some urban landscape shots of them before they disappear)

I bought a Nikonos III, mainly so that I could do street photos in bad weather. Here is my favorite from my first roll. Tri-X, f11, shutter 2-3s rested on a fence.

Looks like a great all around camera Eric! Nice clean, sharp and properly exposed images!

Thanks Dan! It was a bit of gamble (previous owner had never used it) but it is all good.
It is of course a very quirky camera. With no speeds below 1/30 other than bulb, and no way to attach a cable release, shots like this take a lot care to not have shake.
