Some of these I have posted before but in a hap-hazxard manner..This "burger joint" used to be called "Cheeseburgers-N-Paradise" after the Jimmy Buffet song.
It was fine for about 5-7 years then Jimmy asked them, through a lawyer, to change a registered trademark to something else or suffer the consequences.....
They did...It has gone downhill ever since. Original owners at the time sold out..$50 for a burger, fries and a coke?...if it WAS good, I would splurge...it is not good food for the price.

I am surrounded by agriculture, dairy and cattle...Families that owned vast farms in this County and, even worse, in Montgomery County( "the swamp"), have dwindled to a handful. Dairy farms I once picked up raw milk and transported it to the MarDel Milk Producers Assoc for pasturization then delivered to Maryland private dairies, those are gone.... one dairy still in operation by me. Hard to turn down becoming a multi millionaire overnight for your land when your kids move on.
The "kids" I grew up with and rode to school on a bus are now burdened with not being able to leave their legacy to their children because taxes, imports, and farm costs are too much of a burden for their kids. A few have stayed within families. VERY few!
Point being in this rant is that many products are recognized, not only by their names, emblems, but the "color" of their branding. Land-O-Lakes, "Drink Milk", Water.......
