That's a great portfolio ! I lived in Oregon only for a short time - but I have many fond memories of its natural beauty!

Growing up in and working in Washington and Oregon fueled my own passion also, and thanks to the support of my amazing wife I was able to leave my photojournalism job and start shooting landscape full time 20 years ago. I would not trade it for all the money in the world!

As a Native Pacific Northwesterner, it makes me see the influence that caused me to do this as a profession!
Thanks for your kind words Mark! I hear you about the PNW being a powerful influencer and it's so cool you went for it and made it your career. Growing up in and working in Washington and Oregon fueled my own passion also, and thanks to the support of my amazing wife I was able to leave my photojournalism job and start shooting landscape full time 20 years ago. An outstanding collection, Ross! The first image with the sharp pointed evergreens poking through the snow like proud sentinels, the 2nd image with silk threads flowing over a carpet of Nature's gold, the third image of artistic shapes...and I could go on to the end...each is wonderfully composed and so beautiful! Excellent memories, excellent work!!!
