Well... except the Fuji X100V. That's a hot market right now due to a lot of people wanting it for travel. Maybe I wasn't paying attention but at least for the M11 nothing ever went for more than retail if not just a tad bit more?
The floor for x100v are dropping back down too, there's waves of them sell-side which will normalize. Plus travel peak is over soon, so everyone who used them and don't need them anymore will list them as well. Yeah M11 pricing was quite reasonable all things considered

Very true. You have a few outliers of people asking for up to $600 more, but over time that will be changed or more options will pop up for people to snag up. We will see how the M11 ends up, but so far it's been reasonable.
Prior to the M11 launch, Leica Rumors posted something about M11 image stabilization via LiveView and EVF (only) not M11 IBIS. That rumor was later confirmed by Leica Rumors via a B&H video describing M11 and this LiveView "shake reduction helpful for longer lenses when focus peaking " feature at about 4:40 in this B&H YouTube video below.
I had forgotten about this rumored feature until someone brought it up on the LUF forum which sent me googling and now wondering how to use and if it's real. I checked the M11 manual and maybe used the wrong search words, but does someone else know more about this feature and is there some M11 menu setting that needs to be engaged? Or is it automatic "digital shake reduction" applied when focus peaking with the M11 LiveView or Visoflex 2?
"Before the M11 announcement, I reported a rumor that the upcoming Leica M11 camera will not have IBIS, but the LCD screen and EVF will have a separate built-in image stabilization (shake reduction) feature that will be helpful when focus peaking. After the Leica m11 camera was officially announced, I looked online to find out if my reporting was accurate, especially since several readers did not believe my report. Here is the M11 video from B&H Photo that mentions the new feature at the 4:40 minute mark:"
I am interested in this too. I did not see anything else on it and wasn't sure whether it was scrapped or if it goes by a different name entirely.

It's definitely real. When using live view (LCD or EVF) + focus magnification, the image preview is now stabilized. It's not perfect and sometimes I see a jello effect but it works quite well stabilizing the subject, especially when using the highest magnification. Of course this is just a preview and the image is not affected by the stabilization. It's basically software stabilization with the help of cropping.

How did you test once magnified ? Digital Zoom on? Does both 1.3x or 1.8x display the effect ?

This is not related to digital zoom. It works when rotating the focusing ring on the lens (auto magnification) or by using a custom button to get focus magnification. (x3 or x6)

Thank you. I've been trying this with the 90AA but somehow I guess I can't detect the effect. I'm blaming it on Covid Fog. Caught my first Covid adventure about a month ago....and have been riding that excuse hard.
Wait a minute. With Visoflex2 attached, I turned digital zoom, punched in to focus peak and moved the camera back and forth. I now see the slight jello in the display...turning off digital zoom now to check again...

You would see how much more stabilized the image is under focus magnification compared to shooting with the M10 series with the same lens. This is one of the M11 advantages folks don't talk much about.

I don't have another M10 for a baseline to compare..that's probably why hard for me to detect and since this is automatic on the M11, I can't turn it off either I guess.
Did you find any Leica documentation M11 manual or Visoflex 2 manual describing this feature?

That's a different thing. This is related to sensor readout speed.
Again, the "stabilization" we are talking about is not related to digital zoom. It only happens when using focus magnification. I guess it also work when digital zoom is engaged but it's not a prerequisite for this feature.

Yes, you can't turn it off. It should be in the M11 manual. I will take a look.

Confirmed...digital zoom off and I'm still able to force the jello effect in the Visoflex display. I get it...this just stabilizes the display LV or Visoflex to help nail the target when focus peaking/magnification. Makes a lot of sense once I get my head around what's going on here. Thanks Fred.
Adding this to my long list of M11 features and hopefully more yet to be discovered. And Thanks to SrMiri on LUF that brought this long forgotten M11 feature to my attention!

I don't have the manual here but it's listed on the M11's key specifications at Dpreview:
"Live view stabilization (digital shake correction of preview image)"
"Live view stabilization
New to the M11 is a stabilized live view magnified mode, which makes it easier to fine-focus close-up subjects. The stabilization is all digital, showing a window of the sensor's view and then moving it to correct for any camera motion. This need to use a cropped-in region means it's only used for the preview: there's no correction applied to the final image."

Just found this in Youtube: ...a focus aid e.g., for longer lenses and very shallow DOF via M11 LV or Visoflex 2. While Not IBIS, I think this might also help a bit with those with more than normal hand shake while focusing via magnified mode through LV/Visoflex 2.
how good is the app on ios? sorry, i never owned digital leica but now thinking about an M11.I hated the Fuji app with GFX 100s it was like the worst thing ever i have used. Copying 10 jpg photos would take 5 mins im not even kidding.
