I really really like this! You may have pushed the color of the eyes just a tad... but not so much that it's overdone. In face, I think it's the color that really draws you into her eyes. This is one of those rare head shots where I feel like you can just look at this picture and get a sense of who this person is. So well done! Great job!!!

That’s a wonderful and tightly framed portrait, Derek! As somebody mentioned previously, she looks really confident. I hope you took more images of her using that STF lens to show some more background…

Beautifully lit! Did you take this shot at the museum where you met or did you arrange a studio session under controlled lighting? (It'd be amazing if the lighting was this good at a random place in a museum!)
